Senior Surveyor

This role suits an experienced Senior Surveyor who is confident working autonomously and leading teams in a civil or construction environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant surveying outcomes while supporting design and construction teams on a range of projects.

The Role

• Lead and deliver land surveying works from project start to finish
• Manage and mentor survey teams and field crews
• Carry out and review topographic, boundary, and engineering surveys
• Integrate survey data into design and construction workflows
• Ensure compliance with NZ surveying standards and quality requirements
• Utilise GNSS, total stations, and drone surveying technologies

Skills & Experience

• Degree or diploma qualification in Surveying (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NZ civil or construction surveying
• Strong knowledge of NZ surveying practices and standards
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and GIS software
• Experience with Trimble/Leica equipment and GNSS systems
• Drone surveying experience an advantage
